All of our traditional eBay auction sales such as this one are
AS-IS purchases and
we offer no warranty or refunds, unless the item is you
received is significantly not as described. In those
cases we will offer a refund, if we cannot exchange the
item.
We do our best to accurately describe each item sold, and gather as much information when we acquire them from the previous owner or consignee. We also do a detailed inspection of the item before it is shipped so that we know the exact condition it was when it was packed and shipped.
Any damage caused during transit will be covered under the USPS/UPS/Fed Ex Insurance we purchase for each instrument shipped. Insurance is REQUIRED for all instruments purchased. No Exceptions. If you do not purchase insurance we will not offer any credit towards damage. To file for an insurance claim you must contact us immediately upon receipt of your instrument and inform us of any damage to the instrument. Pictures of the damage are also required to file a claim. We will begin ghe claim process with the USPS. Claims could take 30-45 days to settle.
