CHECK BOX ** I agree that Christopher Elliott LLC may bill my primary credit card for the initial down payment and for monthly payments herein after on the 1st calander day of each month, and my backup card if my primary card fails at three (3) attempts. I also agree that if I decide to return the instrument that all monies paid will be forfeited, and I will not continue to be billed for monthly payments by Christopher Elliott LLC. I agree that I will contact Christopher Elliott LLC and return the product within 30 days if I terminate my 24 month agreement. After completing the monthly payments for 24 months, I will own outright the instrument in this agreement. Christopher Elliott LLC will warranty the instrument in this agreement against manufacturers defects as covered in the Certificate of Warranty for the length of this agreement. I will notify Christopher Elliott LLC if any of my personal information changes. I agree that if I violate the terms of this agreement, Christopher Elliott LLC may pursue restitution in a court of law, and I will be responsible for all court costs should the court side in favor of Christopher Elliott LLC. The early payoff amount is the remainder of your payments, unless otherwise determined at the time of payoff. Please contact Christopher Elliott LLC for payoff information.
